Eligibility for Return
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Custom-made or altered garments, sale items, and certain handcrafted items may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
